The Foundation mare of Zajaddi Egyptian Arabians was"Azaamah" (Tammen x Aleeyah by Ibn Morafic), She exemplified classic Arabian type, trot and superb temperament. She was a Kuhaylah Rodania tail female, considered the original, "the ancient" Arabian desert horse and tracing back through the mare Kateefa (by Shahloul), dam of Alaa El Din, sired by *Nazeer.
